Spradel AI offers a straightforward refund policy for plan and model changes that do not fit your farm needs.
Eligibility
Refunds may be issued when a purchased plan, GPT Pro model, or token bundle does not deliver the expected service within 7 days of purchase.
How to request a refund
- Contact Spradel support through the app or email.
- Explain why the plan did not meet your farm requirements.
- Include order details and token usage if applicable.
Token usage
We track tokens used by AI requests. Refunds may be adjusted based on actual token consumption for chat, crop reports, and automation scripts.
Plan switching
If you want to change models or move from GPT Pro to a lighter plan, we can help you switch and issue refunds or credits if the service did not perform as promised.
